Capital Facilities and Technological Needs

Capital Facilites and Technological Needs (CFTN) provides funding for building projects and increasing technological capacity to improve mental health service access and utilization. 

CFTN aims to improve the mental health care system and move it towards the goals of wellness, recovery, resiliency, cultural competency, prevention/early intervention, and expansion of opportunities for accessible services for consumers and families. 

Capital Facilities projects include physical and technological structures used for the delivery of mental health services for individuals and their families, administrative buildings and the development and renovation of such structures. 

Current CFTN projects include:

  • Capital facilities improvements.
  • Electronic health record project.
