The Cobb Mountain Elementary School Garden operates year-round for the students. The Garden Coordinator teaches the students how to plant, cook and care for the garden and environment. The students love garden class because they get to spend their time outdoors learning, creating and being with their friends and teachers. The Cobb Mountain Elementary School Garden is even equipped with a cob oven that the kids helped build from mud, straw and sand. This garden has been appreciated and thrives with the help of the community, events, amazing staff and volunteers.
