The LUSD Culinary Garden is nestled alongside the cafeteria's eating area. Students are always encouraged to taste the different fruits and vegetables from the garden. The Food Service Staff harvests and utilizes the tomatoes, bell pepper, mint and eggplant which are all incorporated in the student's garden salad.
